Concordia is one of the six precincts of Moka Smart City. The area stretches from Helvétia to Saint Pierre and is also home to Vivéa Business Park, an iconic business hub developed on the grounds of the former Mon Désert Alma sugar factory.

New commercial plots, ranging from 1,573 m² to 2,501 m², are now available in the southern part of Concordia. These plots are located along La Promenade, a linear park that will at term connect Concordia to the precincts of L’Avenir and Helvétia.

This location also provides businesses with excellent connectivity across the island, supported by upgraded road infrastructure. The precinct now enjoys direct access from the Saint Pierre bypass, which connects to the M3 motorway.
