A Multifaceted Offer
A bustling commercial area
Telfair, the Smart City’s future city centre, is set to become a buzzing urban centre where you can live, work, have fun and take care of your wellbeing. With its squares, pedestrian-only streets, restaurants, bars, and stalls as well as La Promenade, which runs through it, the precinct promotes a strong sense of community and is very well connected. And, because we want to bring the city to life as fast as possible, we are working around the clock with the international Place-Making agency Village Well to make Telfair a unique destination in Mauritius. All buildings giving onto La Promenade will offer commercial spaces for rent.
Commercial plots close to highways or main roads
Become the owner of your own commercial plot of land and build your showroom in the precinct which corresponds the most to your chosen activity.
In a commercial centre
Three shopping centres from the industry leader, Ascencia, are located within the Smart City. These include Bagatelle, the island’s largest shopping mall, which welcomes 700,000 visitors per month. Les Allées in Helvétia and Kendra in St Pierre also offer other possibilities for local shops.
Vivéa: A Prime Location
We were looking for a more central location. It turns out that the Vivéa Business Park in Moka had an old refurbished hangar available and it was the ideal spot for us. Moka is well connected to the national road network, which helps us with distribution. The pleasant climate is perfect for our activities because although our cellar is air-conditioned throughout the year, the mild temperatures help us save energy.
